Even though we are only a month old, we already have the right idea of what the Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be. It has three phones: Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20 + and top-end Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. And according to the leak, the S20 Ultra may actually have more RAM than your laptop.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra powers the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (or Exynos 990, depending on the region). What really upsets the Ultra's complement is that the phone can support up to 16 GB of RAM. Yes, we know, it's overkill. The 12GB RAM included in the Samsung Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is also slightly overboard. But that extra RAM means the phone can't really kill apps in the background!

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra's camera setup is said to be all-in with Samsung's phone. This phone displays Samsung's 108 MP sensor that we saw in the recent Shiomi Mi Note 10. Appreciating the sensor, it is a 48 MP10X telephoto sensor, which is very specific in its implementation. It also includes a 12MP ultraviolet sensor. Although we only have information on these three sensors, the phone may have an additional sensor.

With 12GB or 16GB RAM option, the phone comes in three storage variants of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. If this is not enough storage for you, it is rumored that the microSD card slot will support 1TB memory card.
Finally, considering the possibility that the phone is expected to have a 120Hz display, the phone will have a 5,000 mAh battery. To quickly fill up the phone, it supports 45W fast charging, also seen on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.
If all goes well, we'll see the phone in full during the Samsung Unpacked event on February 11 next month.
