Twitter is considering a feature that allows users to tip each other to bitcoins. The information indicates that the micro-blogging platform is working to implement a new payment facility so people can send money to each other. It is not yet clear whether the Twitter tipping feature will integrate with Jack Dorsey's other company, Square, Financial Services, Merchant Services Aggregator and the San Francisco-based mobile payment company.

Dorsey has not kept his love of bitcoin secret for years. NewsBTC informs Twitter CEO that Bitcoin will one day integrate the Internet and its company Square Cryptocurrency payment. "Dorsey is a major investor in the Bitcoin Micro Payments Solution Lightning Network," the report states.

Dorsey will travel to Africa for three-six months to "define the future" this year. “It's sad to leave the continent at the moment. Africa defines the future (especially the bitcoin one!). I don't know where it is yet, but I'll be here for 3-6 months from 2020. Thankfully I was able to enjoy a small portion of it, ”said the Twitter CEO. Dorsey also hired bitcoin developers for his payments company. He is an advocate of digital currency bitcoin, but also states that it "does not work as a currency."
